Terms & Conditions

• The Electronic Gift Card ("E-Gift Card") is issued by Mokobara Lifestyle Private Limited ("the Company").
• The E-Gift Card is valid only at the Company's exclusive retail outlets and on mokobara.com and shall not be honored at any other outlet or platform.
• The E-Gift Card is valid for a maximum period of 6 (six) months from the date of issuance. No revalidation or extension of validity shall be permitted after expiry.
• The E-Gift Card cannot be clubbed or combined with any coupon code, discount code, or promotional offer.
• A maximum of 5 gift cards can be redeemed in a single order.
• Any unused balance remaining after a purchase shall carry forward and remain redeemable until the expiry of the E-Gift Card, in the manner of a prepaid instrument.
• The E-Gift Card cannot, under any circumstances, be encashed, redeemed for cash, or refunded.
• Once issued, an E-Gift Card cannot be cancelled at the request of the holder or any other person.
• The E-Gift Card shall be treated as cash. In the event of loss or theft, the company shall not be liable to replace or duplicate the E-Gift Card.
• The E-Gift Card can be purchased for a minimum value of Rs.500 and a maximum value of Rs.100,000.
• Where the value of a purchase exceeds the balance available on the E-Gift Card, the differential amount shall be payable by the holder through any other payment mode available on the website.
• Mokobara Lifestyle Private Limited, along with its sellers, reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card, including extensions, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
